Raph Rashid (aka The Snacc Boss), has been making his way through Roxburgh Village all in the name of creating something totally new – a snacc made just for you, inspired by the classics and reimagined for now ... a Cheesecake-filled Baklava Doughnut!

Raph was born to the snack life – or, as he’d call it, the snacc life. Growing up above a Malaysian restaurant in Melbourne, street food and street culture have been passions for him from an early age. He is one of Australia’s food-truck pioneers, and is also a celebrated photographer, a broadcaster, publishes his own magazine, and was inducted into the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival Legends Hall of Fame as a trailblazer in 2013.
